A confirmed, in-home or virtual consultation with a verified homeowner inside your service area, matched to your trade, with decision makers present and a project they intend to move on within 90 days. If it doesn't sit, you don't pay.
Do I pay for ad spend?+
No. We fund and manage all media on our side. Your only cost is the per-appointment fee, invoiced weekly on appointments that actually happened.
How fast can appointments start?+
Most partners see their first booked appointment within 7-10 days of onboarding, once campaigns and your calendar rules are live.
Are these leads exclusive?+
Yes. Every homeowner we generate for you is yours alone, and we take one contractor per trade per market so we're never selling the same street twice.
What if my closers can't handle the volume?+
We throttle to the weekly capacity you set during onboarding and raise it only when you ask. Nobody wins if appointments go unsat.
